GOVERNANCE
The role of the board is to elaborate the final action plan, to decide on resource allocations (including scholarship attributions). It supervises the different actions of the EUR (seminars, workshops, working groups, symposiums, communication tools, etc.) and approves the evaluation report for the ANR, our funding body. It validates the strategic orientation of the training programs and contributes to PhD pre-selection in accordance with Doctoral School rules. The executive board is thus the main decision body of the organization, it ensures the practical implementation of action plans and reports to the University Board.

Every 2 years an international advisory board visits CARe (meetings with CARe committees, students, alumni, partners) and brings an external view of the school to improve both education programs and the school’s operation and structuration. This board is composed of 12 top-level scientists from France and abroad involved in both academic and non-academic institutes/companies.
A management team is in charge of the action plan implementation, according to the decisions from the executive board. It is the link between Toulouse University, CARe and ANR. Also, it is in charge of the preparation of the meetings for various committees.
